Headquartered in Billings Montana, Kirby Group is a real estate development company with a mission-driven purpose of building commercial projects that are functional and built with the community in mind. We have strong foundational ties that are deeply rooted in the Mountain West, which we call home.
THE VISION
​Founded in 2022, Kirby Group was established with a single mission: to build structures with enduring value and the potential to remain usable for decades to come. We serve the area's growing need for new commercial spaces, Canyon Creek Industrial Complex (CCIC) began development in March 2023.
With a combined 25 years of real estate management and structural engineering experience, Kirby Group partners with local firms, contractors, and landowners to promote the Montana economy.
