As Kirby Group's newest project, Canyon Creek Industrial Complex (CCIC) has completed four out of five phases of new warehouse units. Not only are these units located within city limits and close to the freeway, they can be customized to fit your unique needs. 

 

The complex is an assortment of 7 buildings, offering a variety of pre-built, open concept warehousing units, with the option for tenant improvements totaling a span of 94,220 sq ft. Some of the units have designated office space and/or loading ramps to support different business needs.
